Surfers: Why Brave the Cold?
Despite the frigid temperatures, students and townspeople alike take advantage of the North Sea's waves. Along the Fife Coastal Path, you can catch a glimpse of the surfers on East Sands. While photographing Saints Surf, I had the opportunity to chat with their members about their experiences. In each conversation, the passion for sport and community was unmistakable. I asked a number of surfers, "What moves you to brave the North Sea?" and I've included their responses below.
"The energy — it's amazing."
"You don't even think about the cold."
"It's a good way to connect with Mother Nature."
What I enjoyed most about this game is its simple and accessible gameplay. It did not take long to understand the main controls or find the different sections. The interface is clean, and the available features provide enough variety to keep things interesting. I also liked the smooth navigation. It feels like a good game for relaxed sessions and casual entertainment.
