NEXUS Luxury Collection has launched a private members’ club alongside T-Squared Social on North Street, occupying the space formerly home to Lupo’s, an Italian restaurant, cocktail bar, and student nightlife venue.

The club, named NEXUS Club St Andrews, opened in September 2026 at 119 North Street and joins the firm’s existing private members’ clubs in locations including New York City, London, and the Bahamas.

T-Squared Social St Andrews, co-founded by Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake in partnership with NEXUS Luxury Collection, first opened to the public in October 2025. Housed within the New Picture House cinema, the upscale sports, entertainment, and dining venue features golf simulators, electronic darts, and a large screening room.

Although NEXUS Luxury Collection also acquired the lease of the former Lupo’s venue alongside its 2025 redevelopment of the New Picture House, until now the space had been used as an additional upstairs bar for T-Squared Social and for private events.

In a statement provided to The Saint, NEXUS said the private members’ club was “created with both students and locals in mind, offering an elevated yet accessible place to socialise, study, work, and dine.”

The club is open daily, except for selected blackout dates, and offers a full menu, seasonal dining series, and bar.

On its website, NEXUS Club St Andrews is presented as “St Andrews’ first private social club, located in the heart of town.”

Two memberships are available for those living in St Andrews: the Arcana Student Membership and the Local Membership. Both allow members to bring up to three guests per visit.

The Arcana membership, priced at £1,200 a year, is available exclusively to St Andrews students.

NEXUS told The Saint that “not only does this provide students with a third space outside of their dorm or the library to study and socialise, but it also helps them get ready for professional life, providing access to learn from and network with business and cultural leaders across several industries.”

Professional development sessions will be hosted in St Andrews during University terms and at the company’s New York and London clubs throughout the summer, giving members access to a wider network. Sessions will feature speakers from industries including finance, consulting, sport, design, and music.

Arcana membership also includes students’ parents, granting them limited access to NEXUS Clubs in St Andrews, London, and New York.

The Local Membership, priced at £2,400 a year, is designed for non-student St Andrews residents and includes membership for the primary member and their spouse or partner. Local members also receive selected access to the wider NEXUS Luxury Collection.

Both membership fees are fully redeemable against food and drink at NEXUS Club St Andrews and T-Squared Social, giving Arcana members £1,200 and Local members £2,400 in credit to spend across the two venues.

NEXUS also told The Saint that whilst membership is “strictly by invite only and a referral is required,” prospective members who do not know a current member can arrange an interview with a member of the executive team.

An American student spoke to The Saint about purchasing an Arcana membership, saying, “I think it will be nice to be able to bring friends for drinks and food with a menu that changes every month.”

They added: “It’s good that you get your membership fee back in food and drink credit, and it will be great to have early access to T-Squared Social events, which sell out super quickly.”

This sounds really interesting — it’s always nice to see a familiar space given a completely new purpose. A private members’ club next to T-Squared Social could definitely bring a different atmosphere to North Street. I recently read about x, and it made me curious about how these new social spaces are changing city nightlife. It’s especially interesting knowing that the location used to be such a well-known restaurant and student spot. Wishing the new venue a great start!
